Taxi fare to students
Taxi fare is refunded to students with severe disabilities who cannot travel by ordinary means of transport and who are attending Universities and mainstream schools (primary and secondary schools). Payment is made on the basis of attendance submitted by the institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Students with Severe Disabilities attending Universities and mainstream schools
Documents to be Submitted
- Birth Certificate of Child
- Copy of NIC of Responsible Parents/ guardians
- Utility Bills ( CEB/Telephone, less than 3 months)
- Medical Certificates- less than 3 months
- Bank Account Details of Responsible Parents (Name of Bank, Bank Branch, Bank Account No.)
- Copy of NIC of Registered Taxi Driver
- Duly signed receipts of taxi fares from driver
- Copy of Business Registration Card of Taxi Driver
- MRA Registration No. of Taxi Driver
